Engineering you can point at.
Most engineering careers end with a product you cannot show anyone. Ours do not. Every machine has a serial number, a plant, a room and a person operating it, and it will still be there in twenty years because we contractually committed to keeping it there.
The work is unglamorous and it is exacting. A weld that is 0.4 mm proud of the specification gets cut out. A sequence step nobody can justify does not ship. If that sounds tedious, it is — and it is also the only reason a sterile injectable is safe to give to a person who will never know we existed.
Every engineer starts with four weeks in field service. Graduates, senior hires, everyone. You do not design a maintenance hatch until you have knelt in front of one at 2am in a plant in Gujarat.

Controls Engineer (PLC / GAMP 5)
Write the control logic for aseptic filling and isolator platforms, and then write the document that explains it to an inspector. If you have ever inherited code you could not justify, you will understand why this role exists.
Author and execute FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ protocols. Reports into the Director of Quality Control, and therefore to the Board's Quality Committee — not to Sales. You will hold a real right to stop a shipment.
Product-contact welding on bioprocess vessels and clean utility distribution to ASME BPE. Qualification to ASME IX required or trainable — we run our own apprenticeship because there are not enough welders to compete for.
Commissioning, preventive maintenance and emergency response across Vietnam and southern Thailand. Roughly 60% travel. You will get on a plane at short notice and you will like it, or this is the wrong job.
Isolator and filling line mechanical design. Your first four weeks are in field service, kneeling in front of maintenance hatches other people designed. This is not hazing; it is the curriculum.
EU MDR, HSA, NMPA and CDSCO registration matters, plus the regulatory watch that tells us when a guidance change has quietly obsoleted one of our design assumptions.
Translate a customer URS into a line layout and a cycle estimate, in Mandarin and English. Includes telling a prospect we are the wrong supplier when we are — a thing you will be supported for, not penalised.
Eighteen months across field service, assembly, validation and design. Applications open August 2026 for a January 2027 start. Open to Mechanical, Mechatronic, Chemical and Electrical Engineering graduates.
Salary bands published internally. You can see the band for every role in the company, including your manager's.
No sales commission on unshipped orders. Applies to everyone, including the commercial team — nothing pays out until site acceptance testing passes at the customer's plant.
Training budget with no approval gate under S$3,000 a year. Certifications, courses, conferences. Spend it.
Work passes handled in-house for Employment Pass and S Pass candidates, by our own team, not an agency.
Design reviews open to anyone. If you want to challenge a senior engineer's decision in front of the room, that is not a career risk here. It is the job.
